I'm still not crazy about the flavor or this frosting (tastes like cocoa instead of chocolate), but as far was piping it goes, it was a dream! Mary Jo recommended I try heavy cream instead of milk when making frosting, and it made a big difference. I guess 1% milk is just too thin. Johnny definitely approved, and since it's his birthday cake, his opinion is the one that matters. It's a sight better than Spencer's dinosaur cake, don't you think? I was amused however, when Spencer asked Johnny what toy he wanted on the top. I guess the dinosaurs were a hit!

Improvements
